Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to bring 200MP Olympus Camera and S Pen support
July 13, 2021
Samsung’s upcoming flagship smartphone’s rumors have been circulating on the internet. Since the company is not launching any new Galaxy Note device in 2021, the Samsung Galaxy S22 lineup might be their next flagship offering. Rumors around suggest that the upcoming Galaxy S22 Ultra might feature a 200MP Olympus branded camera. However, we have not expected the handset to arrive until early 2022.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Rumors Overview
So far, the leaks revealed suggest that the upcoming Galaxy S22 Ultra’s main focus is the camera of course, as it has been developed in partnership with Olympus. Similarly, others add to this predicting it to pack a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipset, under-display camera, thinner design, and S-pen support.
This time, Samsung is partnering with Olympus, a Japanese camera maker for their camera work. However, this is not a new thing as we have seen many brands working in partnership with the camera manufacturer in the past. As per the rumors, Olympus stepped forward for the partnership with Samsung. We can’t wait to see what the result looks like in the days to come. As mentioned earlier the primary camera includes a 200 MP sensor, followed by four other lenses.
Apart from the camera, the leaks also suggest that the Galaxy S22 supports S Pen but we wonder whether or not it will come along with the box. These are all the early rumors for the Samsung Galaxy S22. With all sorts of claims flying around it is rather conflicting to come to the conclusion as nothing is certain for now. However, we will from time to time keep you updated regarding the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Launch Date (Rumored)
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is not coming anytime soon. We expect Galaxy S22 Ultra to launch next year probably in January 2022. Again, this is just a random guess as the Galaxy S21 series was also unveiled earlier this year in January so there is a case that Samsung will follow the same pattern.
