Apple Watch Over 100 Million Users Now

No smartwatch users have exploded in the last few years. Apple has been one of the biggest benefactors of this trend. 

According to the latest report by Above Avalon, there are more than 100 million users of Apple Watch worldwide. The number of Apple Watch users is expected to grow at an even faster rate in the coming years. 2020 was the best year for Apple watch.

The number of Apple watch users increased by 30 million in 2020. That figure is almost similar to the figures of 2015, 2016, and 2017 combined. 

The number of Apple watch users was 10 million at the end of  2015, 18 million at the end of 18 million, 32 million at the end of 2017, 50 million at the end of 2018, 72 million at the end of 2019, and over 100 million at the end of 2020.

The report points out that 10% of all iPhone users use Apple watches as well.
