Nowadays, almost every tv is Smart and can play dynamic content including video streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc. But the thing is a good smart TV in Nepal costs more money which everyone cannot afford. After a successful launch of the Mi TV series a month ago, Xiaomi Nepal launched Mi TV Stick in Nepal recently. With this stick, you can make any TV with an HDMI port to your own Smart TV.

Mi TV Stick Overview:

The Mi TV Stick is a Portable Streaming Media Player that lets you make your normal TV into a smart TV and lets you stream videos just by using the stick. The stick can be powered by micro USB and can be easily inserted into a TV with an HDMI port in it. It operates on the Android 9.0 TV version and has 1GB DDR4 RAM and 8GB eMMC internal storage if you want to install any other supporting apps on the TV. The Mi TV Stick has a Quad-core Cortex-A53 processor with Mali-450 750MHz GPU. With this spec, it can give up to 1080p resolution with a standard 60Hz refresh rate. It also has a Google Assistant built into it which is really nice as you can now directly make voice commands to use TV if you like.

It can support up to 5GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2. The stick is 92.4mm long, 15.2mm thick which is a little thicker than Asus Zenbook 13 Laptop and it weighs 26.8 grams. You will also get a remote along with a Mi TV stick to control the TV. The remote is very minimalistic and does not have many buttons. It just has the normal control button, on and off button, a shortcut to Netflix and Amazon Prime, volume buttons, and also a google assistant button.
