Launch of Young Entrepreneur Promotion Program

In Kathmandu, the Bagmati state government, Rastriya Banijya Bank, and the Vishal foundation have introduced In Kathmandu, the Bagmati state government, Rastriya Banijya Bank, and the Vishal foundation have introduced the launch of a young entrepreneur promotion program. Ministry of finance, dr. Dr. Prakash Kumar Shrestha, ministry of industry and tourism were involved during the program on Saturday. 

The program was inaugurated by Sindhu Prasad Dhungana and the chief executive officer of Rashtriya Banijya Bank, Kiran Kumar Shrestha.  Speaking on the occasion, the Ministry of Finance said that one needs to have faith, patience, subject matter, and good knowledge of the business situation to become an entrepreneur. 

He also urged young people to participate in the Startup Idea Call program to effectively introduce the concessional loan program for home-based, small entrepreneurs and young people with a creative mind. 

Kiran Kumar Shrestha, the chief executive officer of Rastriya Banijya Bank, urged the youth to participate in the bank’s launch program as it is an ideal call program to invest in the new generation’s thinking. 

The program was jointly organized in collaboration with 6 (BBA / MBA) colleges and social organizations (Leo / Retract Club) in Bagmati Pradesh by the government, financial institutions and private institutions. 

Kiran Kumar Shrestha, the bank’s Chief Executive Officer, said a program will be organized to help young entrepreneurs with financial literacy.

The program will concentrate on the growth of entrepreneurship, new markets, domestic and international innovation and technology, government grants to new start-ups in Nepal, bank funding, corporate registration and its challenges, and business expansion.
