Sony is striking back by launching 3 new smartphones- Xperia 1 III, Xperia 5 III, and Xperia 10 III- Sony’s smartphones are highly popular for their camera performance. Among these new launches, Xperia 10 III is introduced as the minimal device in this lineup- Design-wise it is somehow the same as the last year’s Xperia 10 II. However, there are minor upgrades considering the display, processor, and telephoto lens. Let us have a glance at the specs, availability, and expected price of the Sony Xperia 10 III in Nepal.
Xperia 10 III Overview
Display and Design
Like other smartphones, the company is offering a moderate size 6.0 inches screen but with a stunning FHD+ OLED display that has a razor-sharp resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels. The refresh rate of 120 Hz is also higher with an imposing aspect ratio of 21:9. The display features Sony’s video image optimization delivering incredibly rich, natural colors, and contrast. It comes with a Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection both at the front and the back. The device has an IP65/68 rating for water and dust resistance.
Comparing to its predecessor, Sony has not upgraded much in terms of design. Like Xperia 10 II, the triple camera stands out in a vertically extended camera module. It has got an appealing design with a glossy finish at the back. Right at the center, it sports the company’s Logo encrypted on its body. The LED flash can be spotted just above the camera module. There is a tiny circular notch left-aligned at the top where it accommodates its selfie shooter. The user gets four different color options -Black, White, Blue, Pink. It is secured by a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Speaking of the camera on this phone, it flaunts a triple-camera array at the back where you get a single 12MP and two 8MP cameras- a 12MP wide camera, an 8MP telephoto lens, and a last 8MP ultrawide lens. The rear camera set-up features a 16mm Ultra-wide-angle, 27mm Wide-angle, and 5mm Telephoto shots. It also supports different modes such as burst modes, auto mode, Night mode, Auto HDR, etc. For capturing selfies and making video calls, there is an 8MP front shooter available. It also supports a decent-quality video recording where it can record 4K video at 30 fps and 1080p video at 30fps. Similarly, the selfie shooter supports 1080p video at 30fps.
