- Instant delivery service within 3 hours on the same day of the order inside Kathmandu valley.
- Most orders will be delivered within 24 hours inside Kathmandu valley.
- Orders outside Kathmandu valley will be delivered within 2-3 working days based on the location.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
- The return policy will not be applicable simply upon change of mind after the purchase unless the product delivered to you is damaged/defective.
- Return policy is applicable if a wrong/ different product is delivered to you.
- Only the claims made within 1 week from the purchase date will be considered.
- The original invoice of the purchase should be kept safely.
- Goods purchased should be unused and in good condition as before the purchase with the original packaging
